Important Information
NAME TAGS: Please wear them at all times. They are your “entrance passes” to all sessions and meals.
PARENTS: We are grateful for so many families attending the conference. Please be sure your children are with you at all times as we are not the only group in the conference center. We ask that you take them to and from all classes where you can properly release them to the childcare attendants.
PHOTO FREE: The conference will be web streamed and recorded. If you do wish to avoid being on media, please sit in the back section by the book tables. We ask that photos not be taken and/or shared on media in the Photo Restricted area.
RESTROOMS: Are outside the conference room, to the left when exiting.
MEALS: Located down the hall passed the conference room, to the right.
DONATIONS: Taken at each session for support of Tikkun
SALES TABLES: Open before Friday evening session/after Saturday night session.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: call 911. DEFIBRILLATOR at the front desk.
SECURITY OFFICERS: They are here to help us protect you during the sessions and will be available for emergency situations. We believe our Lord and His warring angels are our most reliable protection but want to also meet the liability requirements of our society.
